Anime movies are not as popular as series, but there are a lot great ones. Which are your favorite? Here are my Top 10 Anime Movies.

Pleas note that I have not seen all of Studio Ghibli's movies yet.

Funny you should make this list; I watched The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya last night with my boyfriend. And I agree with you on most of those being great. It's hard for me to decide my favourites in order, so I'll just list them without numbers. @_@

I am glad you liked the Disappearance! I have should have added an extended list with more of my favorites. Interstella 5555 is one of my favorites as well; Daft Punk's music is great, and Summer Wars is another favorite of mine, and of course The Girl Who Leapt Through Time is one of my favorites. I have not seen the others on your list yet, but Wolf Children and Paprika are at the top of my watch list.

Haven't Tekkonkinkreet, but of course I agree that Spirited Away is great.

I thought the Haruhi anime series was terrible and boring, so I never checked out the movie and can't comment on it.

To quickly list a good chunk of my favorites, I can say that I love the directors Satoshi Kon and Mamoru Hosoda

The former having made Paprika, Perfect Blue, Millennium Actress and Tokyo Godfathers.

The latter having made the first Digimon movie, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, Summer Wars and Wolf Children.
