It depends for me. I think Hatsune Miku has the best visual design, but Gumi's voice is my favourite hands down! So I am conflicted about whether my favourite Vocaloid is Miku or Gumi.

I personally like Rin's design a lot. I also find the song by her "I can take off my panties!" very funny.

My favorite vocaloid in terms of voice quality is probably between Yuzuki Yukari and Aoiki Lapis. I don't really have a favorite in terms of design.
